GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo I Tre Archi.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Agriturismo I Tre Archi, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Agriturismo I Tre Archi sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Agriturismo I Tre Archi in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Agriturismo I Tre Archi promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN

Die Buchung wird verbindlich nur wenn wir eine Quittung der Anzahlung (30% der gesamten Summe) oder die Daten der Kreditkarte für die autorisierte Abhebung bekommen.

Wenn wir Ihre Buchung bestätigen, bekommen Sie ein Voucher (per Fax oder per E-mail), das Sie an der Ankunft bei der Reception zeigen sollen.

Die wochen- oder tageweise Miete kann an jedem beliebigen Wochentag beginnen, ausgenommen in der Hauptsaison (von Samstag auf Samstag)

Der Mindestaufenthalt beträgt:
1 Nacht in der Nebensaison
2 Nächte in der Vorsaison

Ankunft (Check-in): Die Appartements können samstags in der Zeit von 16.00 bis 20.00 Uhr bezogen werden.

Abreise (Check-out): Die Appartements sind am Abreisetag bis spätestens 10.30 Uhr zu hinterlassen.

RÜCKTRITTSBEDINGUNGEN

Im Falle einer Buchungsstornierung wird der volle Betrag der Anzahlung einbehalten. Der Aufenthalt ist jeweils von Samstag auf Samstag.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Agriturismo I Tre Archi, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Pisa.
